Paul applies a range of psychological methods to help his clients, using positive psychology techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma counselling as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Paul is a registered psychologist with qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Legal Studies), a Bachelor of Letters in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Science (Neuroscience and Leadership).
